RF Global Management was established in 2019, and is a subsidiary of Roswil Venture Sdn. Bhd.

The company was founded by two professionally qualified individuals , Rosalie Francois and William Dalgarno for the purpose of providing manpower consultancy and services to people around the globe in order to secure their future for the better.

In recent times the lack of manpower has become a worldwide problem. For this significant reason, RF Global Management has addressed this issue by providing manpower solutions globally.

RF Global Management provides a variety of job opportunities in areas such as manufacturing, warehouse staff, factory workers, cleaning and housekeeping services, food & beverage, administration, guest services and support staff, health care ,home care provider and wholesalers. Further, the company provides a hassle free service to applicants during visa processing.

In addition and to give back to the community via its Corporate Social Responsibility program, RF Global Management also provides student internships to give them an opportunity to improve their skills and leadership qualities.

Rosalie Francois is the CEO/Director of Roswil Venture Sdn Bhd. and a Filipino who has lived in Malaysia for the past sixteen years. Rosalie studied Business Management, has a Diploma in Nursing, Network Marketing and a Health Advocate. She is also a Licensed Professional Make up Artist and certified beauty Esthetician and founder of Bentonite Au Naturel clay mask beauty products.

William Dalgarno, a British Rig Manager who has lived in Malaysia for 14 years. He has 33 years of experience in oil field. He was assigned to various deep-water operations, managing the asset and crews.
