- Clerical Skills including record-keeping, billing, accounting, and invoicing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

- Experience in the administration or customer service industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required
CUSTOMER SERVICE

- Customer Support and Phone Etiquette skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing excellent customer experience

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and applications
- Degree/Diploma in customer service or related field would be beneficial but is not mandatory
HEALTH / HOME CARE PROVIDER
- Caregiver
- Caregiving and Elder Care skills
- Personal Care and Home Care skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Experience working in a care home or similar setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient
- Certification in caregiving or a related field is a plus
- Massage Therapist
- Experience in Therapeutic Massage, Shiatsu, and Body Massage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to provide stress management services
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Must have a Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy or related field
- Additional certifications in related fields are a plus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages
