  • Clerical Skills including record-keeping, billing, accounting, and invoicing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the administration or customer service industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required
CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Customer Support and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in providing excellent customer experience
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic computer programs and applications
  • Degree/Diploma in customer service or related field would be beneficial but is not mandatory
HEALTH / HOME CARE PROVIDER
  • Caregiver
    • Caregiving and Elder Care skills
    • Personal Care and Home Care skills
    • Strong Interpersonal Skills
    • Experience working in a care home or similar setting
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Compassionate and patient
    • Certification in caregiving or a related field is a plus
  • Massage Therapist
    • Experience in Therapeutic Massage, Shiatsu, and Body Massage
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to provide stress management services
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as a team
    • Must have a Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy or related field
    • Additional certifications in related fields are a plus
    • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages
